Elyse hosts a range of illustration workshops to UK schools and colleges, alongside universities such as Manchester School of Art (MMU) and The Royal College of Art. She has also worked with community organisations including:

Sketch Appeal, Hospital Rooms, Graduate Fashion Week, Westfield 'Future You', Action For Refugees in Lewisham and Peshkar. 

Her workshops are best known for being colourful, collaborative and sustainability focused. She utilises her draft sketches and test prints as collage materials for participants to experiment with, creating both 3D and large scale collages.
