Returns
Please ensure you are 100% happy with the artwork before buying. To prevent damages in transit or lost original artwork, Elyse Blackshaw does not accept returns for sold artwork. Once the Works have been delivered to you, you do not have a right to change your mind and we will not accept any return of the Works.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork in transit, or lost artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition (a print), free of charge.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, such as an original artwork, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable). Please ensure the artwork is packaged and returned in it's original packagaing to prevent further damage.
