Shipping
Original illustrations are packaged and dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed or an alternative shipping method.
All illustrations are hand drawn, signed by the artist and unframed. Original artworks are reviewed, cleaned up to a high standard and fixed using a high quality translucent fixative. Due to the nature of the artwork being created by hand, occasionally some illustrations may contain tiny imperfections such as pencil marks or rubbings out. These little details are considered part of the authenticity of the original and will not considered as damage. In the rare occasion a damaged illustration is advertised for purchase this will be disclosed explicitly with a clear description.
Please note that due to to the delicate nature of paper and orginal artworks being created by the artists hand in an expressive nature, corners of original drawings may be slightly uneven. We will endevour to make corners perfect before releasing the artwork. Please read the product description before purchasing.
Returns
Please ensure you are 100% happy with the artwork before buying. To prevent damages in transit or lost original artwork, Elyse Blackshaw does not accept returns for sold artwork. Once the Works have been delivered to you, you do not have a right to change your mind and we will not accept any return of the Works.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork in transit, or lost artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition (a print), free of charge.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, such as an original artwork, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable). Please ensure the artwork is packaged and returned in it's original packagaing to prevent further damage.
All artwork is wrapped in acid free tissue paper, sandwiched in cardboard to keep flat and secure, then placed in a padded, protective envelope.
